be the face of our brand in the showroom — guiding customers through our gold and
jewelry collections, offering tailored advice, and building lasting relationships
with our clientele.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about luxury retail, has a
flair for customer service, and thrives in a premium environment.
Key
Responsibilities
Welcome and
engage customers, providing a warm and personalized in-store experience.
Showcase extensive knowledge of our gold products,
collections, and craftsmanship.
Guide
customers through the selection process, offering styling tips and gift
recommendations.
Handle transactions,
billing, and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
Follow all store operating procedures, from
opening/closing to inventory checks.
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Maintain showroom standards in cleanliness,
organization, and product display.
Assist in
stock organization, product replenishment, and internal coordination.
Actively participate in in-store promotions,
product launches, and customer events.
Qualifications
& Requirements
2–4 years
of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or a high-end customer service
environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
Passion for gold, jewelry, and high-end fashion is
preferred.
Professional appearance, with a
confident and customer-focused attitude.
Ability
to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple clients, and close high-value
sales.
Availability to work retail shifts,
including weekends and holidays as needed.
Knowledge
of POS systems and basic sales reporting tools is a plus.
